The Grand Florida Beachfront Condo Resort Pattaya was completed back in 2020 by the Blue Sky Group who also built   Atlantis Condo Resort Pattaya , Venetian Signature Condo Resort Pattaya  and the Espana Condo Resort Pattaya in 2014, 2015 and 2019 respectively with their latest project being Ocean Horizon Beachfront Condo which is currently under construction and expected to be completed in late 2023.
