Fresh of the success of Hyde Park Residence 1, which completed in 2008 by the Iguana Group Co.,Ltd working in conjunction with Matrix Developments Co.,Ltd the Developers overall intention was to build 2 separate, 8-story, low-rise projects on the same plot of land with the aforementioned project being the 1st phase of a 2 phase operation.
