In my opinion, the defining characteristic of this project (i.e. what really sets this apart from the other Riviera projects) is the sheer amount of top-tier communal facilities on offer. To illustrate my point, the project features a dual-lane bowling alley (a first for Pattaya) on the 3rd Floor, no less than 2 Golf Simulators rooms, a Private Cinema (15 Seats) and Ping-Pong room on the 4th Floor and if that wasn’t impressive enough a proper Japanese style Onsen with both Male & Female toilets, showers, steam and sauna rooms on the 5th Floor.
