The Ocean Horizon Beachfront Condo is currently under-construction and is scheduled to be completed in Qtr 1, 2024 by Blue Sky Asset Plus Co.,Ltd. who has built Atlantis Condo Resort Pattaya , Venetian Signature Condo Resort Pattaya, Espana Condo Resort Pattaya in 2014, 2015 & 2019 respectively and most recently Grand Florida Beachfront Resort Pattaya in 2020.
